MonitoredSocket4TestCaseBase test cases throw a VerifyError on Db4oClientServerMBeans.

The reason seems to be that the this class imports javax.management package, which is not supported in android platform 7 (android-2.1).

The tests using that package are for now marked with OptOutNotSupportedJavaxManagementIssue interface

Solution: No monitoring on Android, exclude core code and tests
