Db4o should not wrap exceptions thrown during event handling
Otherwise if it's necessary to catch Throwable exceptions the catch-chain would be in this way:
catch Db4oException and rethrow
catch RuntimeException and rethrow
catch-and-wrap Throwable and throw MyDb4oRuntimeException
