Issues after installing 'db4o-7.0.19.8689-net2'

1. In \doc\api\db4o.chm file, "Copy Code" link is not working properly.
e.g. IAlias Interface , Defragment Class, Db4objects.Db4o.Events Namespace, etc.

2. In \doc\reference\index.html file, on "Lazy Queries" page, "Pros and Cons for Lazy Queries" link is not working. (It should take the user to the discription.)
